Anthony Ferrone is Founder and President of Mondo Development Group, with more than 25 years of experience across real estate investment, development, capital formation and project execution.
Prior to founding MDG, Anthony spent 15 years with Lendlease, a global real estate investment, development and construction organization, holding senior executive roles including Senior Vice President in the Americas. His responsibilities included supporting the growth and execution of the U.S. development business, working across major markets and multidisciplinary teams on investment strategy, acquisitions, capitalization, development and asset realization.
Across his career, Anthony has been involved in more than $10 billion of real estate projects and has participated in raising and structuring more than $2 billion of capital across direct investments, joint ventures and institutional transactions.
At MDG, Anthony leads the firm's investment, development and advisory activities, bringing an integrated approach to acquisitions, capitalization, project execution and asset strategy. His experience also includes corporate acquisitions, business expansion and organizational restructuring. Alongside its core real estate activities, MDG participates in the development and commercialization of selected technologies, including advanced building materials and hospitality technology.
Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Engineering and Executive Education in Organizational Leadership, Strategy & Development.
