MDG negotiates commercial terms, partnership arrangements and deal structures on behalf of its clients, within the agreed mandate.
Our role is to advance our clients’ interests with care, discretion and accountability. We assess the implications of changes in design, approvals, cost and schedule, identify decisions requiring action and support their implementation within an agreed mandate.
Our role combines commercial judgment with ongoing project oversight, giving clients a clear view of the investment and the actions required to advance it.
Through the governance framework, we review financial performance at each stage of the lifecycle, including updated underwriting, cash flow, capital adequacy, cost to complete and projected returns. We assess capital-call requirements and supporting information, coordinate LP/GP reporting and track major decisions, approval rights and responsibilities within the agreed partnership mandate.
